Sketch note
Today I was working on my sketch note with Shakaia. The thing that I found hard was finding a fact. The thing that I found easy was giving information on milk cartons being recycled.
Strategies I use
Today I was working on my maths DLO. In this I found it easy to use my strategies to solve the problems. The thing that I found hard was finding the attributes for both images.

To Mr Ogilvie
Today me Shakaia and Magenta were working on a thank you card for Mr Ogilvie. This is to thank Mr Ogilvie for training and having everything shorted for our Net ball tournaments and thanks to Shakaia's mum for signing up to be one of our couch. She is a really helpful person.

World of Maths
Yesterday LS2 and LS1 went to World of Maths in the hall. First we got introduced to Charles. Each group got put on a table and solve that problem. Everyone had a piece of paper so we could put our answers on it. My favorite task was the pizza pie because its got the instructions and it started off hard but then ended easy to get each answer, especially when it involved 1/3, 1/4 and 1/5. Thanks a lot to Mr Wong for helping us understand the questions given to us.

Stretches
Today in LS2 we had dance. The thing we learnt was to always stretch before doing anything else like dance or for sport. Miss Anderson had papers and Vivid's setup for us. The thing that we needed to do was to draw excises on the papers and we had to chose a song for it and then show another group our moves.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle thinking
Today I was working on my reduce, reuse, recycle DLO. The thing that I found hard was finding facts and information on this DLO. The thing that I found easy was finding the images and attributing them. We had to write our opinions about how New Zealand throws away 3.6 million tonnes of rubbish every year. My question to you is how does this make you feel and what have we done to our country?

Current Events
Today I was working on why China planned to ban the buying and selling of ivory. Elephants and rhino are really good animals and if China doesn't stop the selling of ivory elephants and rhinos will be extinct. I also looked at two points of view. I think they should stop killing elephants and rhinos and they can do this by banning the selling and buying of ivory.
